Target Video was founded in 1977 in San Francisco by Joe Rees who videotaped punk bands in performance for posterity. Tonight, Rees and his partner Jackie Sharp will present videos from their extensive collection. The program will also be divided into two parts. The first part features Los Angeles and California based bands such as the Screamers, Black Flag and TSOL; while the second part features obscure acts such as Tuff Darts, Silence Hospital and Nash the Slash.
