San Francisco’s Hi/Lo Film Festival is showing a ton of short films, including one by Neil Ira Needleman, plus a best of retrospective of the past 10 years.

The Hi/Lo Film Festival, San Francisco’s premiere short film festival, is now accepting entries for their 2007 festival, which will be their 10th.

In August, Rooftop Films in NYC will be screening the best shorts from San Francisco’s Hi/Lo Film Festival. Plus, they’re screening The Shutka Book of Records.

San Francisco’s Hi/Lo Film Festival is now offering a DVD of the shorts that screened at the 2006 edition, including ones by Michael Lucid and more.
