Heading into its 5th year in 2012, the Arizona Underground Film Festival is now open for submissions. The earlybird deadline is coming up on March 30.

Five years is a big anniversary for a young festival, effectively announcing that yeah, it’s here to stay. So, AUFF is planning something extra special this year and are looking for films that want to be a part of it.

So, check it out.

Other Sponsors:

1. Empire City is a new book of photography by visual artist Ron Diorio that also includes an 8″x10″ print and a DVD of three short films by Diorio.

2. Black Biscuit is an experimental feature film by Fabrizio Federico that was produced with no script and with a cast of non-actors, including homeless people, pimps, the disabled and a former child ping pong champion.
