2007 ATA Film & Video Festival: Call For Entries
I haven’t heard of the ATA Film & Video Festival before, which doesn’t mean much, but they were nice enough to write and say they’re open for submissions for their second year. Plus, looking over their lineup from last year, they had a nice little mix of experimental works and seems like a fest the Underground Film Journal should cover.
“ATA” stands for Artists Television Access, which is a group based in San Francisco that’s been around since 1984. They have a gallery that holds film and video screenings and other performances. They also run a weekly public access program. You can read more about ’em at their official site.
For this festival, which will run sometime in October, they are only accepting works that are 20 minutes or shorter. Deadline is June 15; and the entry fee is only $10. You can find out how to submit at their festival page.
