A Very Sunny Morning At Toronto After Dark

By Mike Everleth ⋅ August 27, 2007

Director Eric Carter’s delightfully surreal short film A Very Sunny Morning, which the Underground Film Journal raved about here, has been accepted into the Toronto After Dark Film Festival, which bills itself as the “Festival of New Horror and Fantasy Cinema.” I’m not personally familiar with the fest, but they’re only in their second year and they do have a kick-ass website. Go check it out.

The Underground Film Journal wants to offer its congratulations to Eric and let everyone know the festival runs Oct. 19-25, 2007. They don’t have the actual sched up on the fest site yet, but you can go there for more info.

And if you go to the Underground Film Journal review, you can actually watch A Very Sunny Morning, in two parts. Highly recommend. I further recommend going to Toronto and seeing the damn thing on a big screen. It’ll be great.
