The 14th annual Boston Underground Film Festival, which will run on March 29 to April 1, has unleashed their official promotional poster that places their mascot, Bacchus, front and center. Click to embiggen.

The BUFF posters have been designed since 2005 by Bryan McKay, who always does a stellar job, but has — in the Underground Film Journal’s opinion — really killed it with this one. Bold. Eye-catching. Surprising. Phenominal.

In addition to the amazing poster, BUFF has also recently launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for this year’s festival. With corporate sponsorship down, BUFF is going the Kickstarter route to help with promotional costs and their visiting filmmaker program.
