2007 Melbourne Underground Film Festival: Award Winners

The epic-length Melbourne Underground Film Festival wrapped on Sept. 30, which was the same night they presented the below awards. A couple of these films didn’t even screen. They are 70k and Ashley and Kisha. You can read all about the Australian government banning the films here. However, the banned films were screened for jurors, who thought these two were award-worthy. Congrats to the winners and thanks to MUFF director Richard Wolstencroft for putting on such a massive, lively festival.
