The 9th annual Boston Underground Film Festival wrapped up last Sunday (March 25) and have posted up their award winners. They are:

Best of Fest (Feature):
Viva, dir. Anna Biller

Best of Fest (Short):
Film Noir, dir. Osbert Parker

Most Effectively Offensive:
Gary’s Touch, dir. Ken Takahashi

Director’s Choice (Feature):
Urban Explorers: Into the Darkness, dir. Melody Gilbert

Director’s Choice (Short):
Trionyx: Soft Shelled Turtle, dir. Nick Childs (Watch online)

Underground Spirit Award:
Dante’s Inferno, dir. Sean Meredith

First Annual DEWEY award winner (presented by Dewar’s):
Ice Cream Ants, dir. Jeremy Carr
