Twitter Film Feeds: Affair, Brooklyn, Fordlandia
Here’s some underground film Twitter feeds for you to follow:
An Affair. Chris Hansen‘s (American Messiah, Endings) third feature film has recently gone into production in Texas and you can follow its progress on Twitter, which links to very entertaining production blog posts and more. Learn all about shooting at sleazy locations; shutting down city streets for Steadicam shots and the bonding of Hansen’s film student crew. (Hansen is a film professor at Baylor University and uses his students as crew.) Follow @AnAffair_Film.
Battle for Brooklyn. The new documentary by Suki Hawley and Michael Galinsky (Horns and Halos) is now out on the festival circuit and will soon be in a theater near you. Read up on the accolades it’s earning and learn more about the continuing skirmishes over Brooklyn’s Atlantic Yards project that the film covers. (Film to be reviewed on the Underground Film Journal soon.) Follow @bfbrooklyn.
Fordlandia. This is to be the new film by Kevin Lonano (Carny), part of the acclaimed Robot Hand! team. The film is still in its early stages, so its Twitter feed hasn’t fully ramped up yet, but we expect that to change soon. Follow @_FORDLANDIA_.
