In celebration of the life and career of pioneering underground filmmaker Chick Strand, who recently passed away on July 11, the L.A. Filmforum will be screening a retrospective of her films curated by Amy Halpern. Prints courtesy of the Academy Film Archive, by arrangement with Canyon Cinema.
