Denise Crosby: Hothouse Bruiser Video Interview #1

By Mike Everleth ⋅ July 26, 2012

In the first of a series of video interviews with the cast of the amazing audio series Hothouse Bruiser, Denise Crosby discusses her character, Ginny Mills, a real throwback to the tough girl noir characters — or, “broads,” as Crosby describes them — of the ’40s. Plus, she talks about acting using only her voice for an audio drama as opposed to her extensive theater, TV and movie work. And stay tuned for the lightning round!

Hothouse Bruiser is an audio drama currently available as an Android phone app and via Google Play. Soon to be available for the iPhone and iPod!

The gripping nine-part future-noir series about a gun-for-hire living within a quarantined downtown Los Angeles was created, written, produced and directed by Joel Metzger.

To learn more about the series, please visit the official Hothouse Bruiser website or just go ahead and download the app from your Android phone or visit Google Play.
