This comes a bit late, but I only just thought to look, but the Calgary Underground Film Festival (held back in April) has posted up their winners list. Here ya go:

Winner Jury Award, Best Animation/Special Effects: The District!
Winner Jury Award, Best Feature Film: The Puffy Chair
Winner Jury Award, Best Canadian Short: A Half Man
Winner Jury Award, Best International Short: City Paradise
Winner Jury Award, Best Original Short: Goopy Spasms

Jury Honorable Mention: Fumi And The Bad Luck Foot
Winner Audience Award, Best Short: Spin
Winner Audience Award, Best Feature Film: a/k/a Tommy Chong

Out of all these, the only one I’ve seen is Spin, which is a great film and you can watch online at the film’s official site. a/k/a Tommy Chong has been playing a lot of festivals and winning a lot of awards, such as at the S.F. Indie Film Fest and HBO US Comedy Arts Festival. It’s bound to get picked up for distribution. The Puffy Chair, which also has good buzz, has been picked up by Roadside Attractions.
