2007 Twin Cities Underground Film Festival: Call For Entries
The second annual Twin Cities Underground Film Festival is gearing up and looking for films. The fest will run Aug. 4-5 this year. Deadline is … I dunno. I can’t find it on the Withoutabox entry page or on the TCUFF official site. Maybe it’ll tell you once you start submitting. I’d say give it a good month or two before the festival runs, but you may want to write and ask.
TCUFF is looking for both features and shorts. What are they looking for? This:
The 2nd Annual Twin Cities Underground Film Festival celebrates low-, micro-, and no-budget films that are made for the sheer excitement of filmmaking. Movies that celebrate the joy, blood, sweat and tears that go into realizing your own unique vision.
Doesn’t give too much to go on, but based on last year’s lineup, I think they’re looking for the B-Movie kind of underground film, like their showcase film The Monster of Phantom Lake, as opposed to the more experimental/avant garde.
